This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information through our website skys-nolimit.com.au (the “Site”) and our related products and services.
1. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, business name, role, email, phone, postal address.
- Enquiry information when you request a quote, book a demo, download a resource, or subscribe to communications.
- Transaction information including order and delivery details.
- Technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring website and pages visited.
- Marketing preferences and your interactions with our emails, ads and content.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. We do not usually collect sensitive information. If sensitive information is needed, we only collect it where reasonably necessary and with your consent, or where otherwise permitted by law.
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you complete a form, contact us, place an order, attend a demo or subscribe.
- Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site.
- From third parties such as referrers, business partners or publicly available sources, where you have consented or the collection is lawful.
We provide a collection notice at or before the time we collect personal information, including on website forms, demo requests, quote requests and subscription forms.
Where practical, you may deal with us anonymously or by using a pseudonym. This may not be possible where we need your details to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote, process an order, deliver products or services, or provide support.
3. Unsolicited information
If we receive personal information about you that we did not request, we will assess whether we could have collected it under this Policy. If it is not reasonably necessary for our functions or activities, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it as soon as practicable.
4. How we use it
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes, demos and information you have requested.
- Process orders, deliver products and services, and provide technical support and servicing.

- Send marketing communications where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will action unsubscribe requests within 5 business days, as required under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
- Operate, improve and secure the Site, our products and our business.
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
If you do not provide the personal information we reasonably require, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, process an order, book a demo, deliver products or services, or provide support.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel and HubSpot tracking) to understand how visitors use the Site, measure advertising performance, and support lead management and customer communications.

6. Who we share it with
- Service providers who assist us with website hosting, CRM (HubSpot), payment processing, analytics, advertising, freight and logistics, and IT services.
- Our parent and related companies within the CPR Group, where required to deliver services to you.
- Authorised servicing partners and distributors, where necessary to fulfil your order or provide ongoing support.
- Government agencies, law enforcement or other parties where required or permitted by law.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors and consultants, where required for business, compliance, risk or legal purposes.
We require our service providers to handle personal information in line with this Policy, applicable privacy laws and appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.
7. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers are located overseas, including in the United States and the European Union, where some of our technology platforms are hosted. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we remain accountable for their handling of your information to the extent required by law.
8. Data quality and security
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is accurate, up to date, complete and relevant to the purposes for which it is held. You can help us by keeping your contact details current.
We hold personal information electronically in secure business systems, including our website, email, CRM, cloud storage and customer support platforms. Limited hard copy records may be held where required for business or legal purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include access controls, encryption in transit, secure data hosting and staff training.
If we become aware of a suspected data breach, we will take reasonable steps to contain, assess and respond to the incident. Where required under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. We may refuse access or correction where permitted by law and, where required, will provide reasons for our decision.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or this Policy, please contact our Privacy Officer at info@skys-nolimit.com.au (subject line: Privacy, Attention: Privacy Officer). We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Automated decision making
We do not currently use automated decision-making systems to make decisions that could significantly affect your rights or interests. If this changes, we will update this Policy to explain how personal information is used in those decisions.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website with the effective date shown above.
